I attended a one-day WPF session this fella gave a couple of years ago.
The sparks just shoot out from him - I was on the edge of my seat most of the day.
He's also a coding dynamo.
He probably wrote this over a long rainy weekend.

I used this fellow's XAML Snippet tool and now I find this as I am trying to pick my way through MVVM frameworks.

Even if you don't plan to use MVVM ( or don't know what it is ) check this out just to see something very cool operating in the VS 2010 IDE ( you don't even need that - on this link there is a link to a video where he shows you In the Box in action.
