Had the same thing - list memory would cause a c0000005 - only when using Alexei Grigorjev's cmButtons class. In any other combination the error handler behaved swimmingly (no buttons or no list memory). It comes with its own dll and no source in the vcx, so it could be anything.

p.s. and now I see why I had a deja vu writing this :)
