i have textbox and use databindings..... i want to set the textbox format , if user entry 1000 then show 1,000.00....

i use vb.net , and i use the drag and drop method from data sources, drag the texbox......
So i don't know how to use your code to set the format to numberic

And i set the txtRsp1.Text = "0.00" in form load, how can i do, thx?
