Where to ? What would Google want with Dotnet ? They had better vision with Apps, [Gears,] GWT...
Even a finished Dotnet-Vfp would not reach more than minuscle no. of WP7 phones.
Azure Centers had been announced by many HW companies middle of last year - havn't materialized.

MS has great dev products as C# has surpassed java in capabilities,
has grown in SQL and surrounding tech and lastly did surprisingly well in games.
But they lost the growth markets. SQLite is established as mobile data store.
