There are literally TONS of examples on the web. Are you interested in local or remote reports? There's a difference.

Also, is there anyway you can install SQL Server 2008 so you can use the newer schema? There are some improvements (some things we wanted to do in reports were only available with the 2008 schema and the 2008 schema was only available with the VS2010 release... (you can probably find my old threads on it in the MSFT sqlserver forums)

But to get started, you can use what you have. There is a thread here somewhere (I don't have search capabilities) that lays out the differences between Crystal and SSRS (at that time - they've changed a bit since then)... maybe Naomi can find it? I remember sending it to her at one time...

You may want to do a couple of really basic tutorials and then dive in to the more robust ones....
