This one got finally resolved in the recent days. One of the updates finally resolved the issue. For a while, I had to manually choose which ones to install, so to not click on that one and click on all the rest. So, I installed several Windows updates by checking them all except one. And, then, in the recent days, one of them seems to have fixed something. Because, it doesn't reappear asking for update. So, as of now, on that specific server, I am up to date. This one last for about 14 months if I recall correctly.
