This isn't happening in development on my PC. This is only happening when I run the app on the client's site when I remote in. In that case, it's going to be tougher to diagnose. Stupid question, but I'm assuming that available resources (memory, disk space, etc.) have been checked.
Also....have reports using CR been run successfully on the client site before?
If these don't yield anything, you may need to modify the code and put in some debugging statements (like a check of the table object that I mentioned in my last post), and write out that information to a text or XML file.
