>>>VFP does have DB triggers.

>>>It has been so long since I used VFP for a database that I couldn't even recall. I'm guessing if you use the container (which provides other benefits), then you get triggers. I haven't used Fox for a database since 2004. I'm getting old.
>>
>>Right, a feature of database containers. Many of the features of "real" databases are available there. That's not quite apples and apples, though, since a DBC is just a DBF with a different extension so is inherently not as robust as something like SQL Server.

>>North Carolina escaped Washington -- rats. I don't particularly have anything against UNC but found myself cheering for Washington just because of the unfairness of it. They got sent to play on the opposite coast while Carolina was essentially playing a home game. Please explain to me how they got to play at home the first weekend. The committee can't control what happens in the later rounds but there should be a rule against it at the beginning of the tournament.

>You mean like Duke, Ohio St, and Florida did?

Yes. I was not picking on North Carolina and I'm sorry it came across that way. KG and I were just discussing that particular game. It's wrong no matter where it happens. A more cynical person than me might almost think the NCAA and CBS do it intentionally to grease the skids for the big ratings teams into the later rounds ;-)
