You put a regular option group on a form, then go to each option button and set the style to graphical. The one that's selected has a pushed-in look. If you put a picture on it, then you can have a "toolbar" of the sort where only one thing can be selected at a time. I used it in the mapping for zoom, pan, and info. Whatever's selected is what the mouse does when you apply it to the map.
I found this out because Cetin had graphical checkboxes on a form he showed me. Once I found that out, I went looking at option buttons and found you can do it there, too.
