If you already have a menu, modify it.
Add a sub menu if you want, named like "Edit" or something;
Add three choices:
1. Prompt = "Copy", Result = "Bar #", write "_med_copy"
2. Prompt = "Cut", Result = "Bar #", write "_med_cut"
3. Prompt = "Paste", Result = "Bar #", write "_med_paste"
Re-generate menu.
