I give them honest answers - I'm familiar with Agile development. I've worked with clients and employers who tried SCRUM. None of them stayed with it because of various PITA issues.

I've noticed a trend where some developers who preach Agile/SCRUM are also the least creative individuals I've ever met.

That's not a blanket statement - I work with a guy who is an Agile fanatic and also has a good balance of structure/creativity - but have also known those whose demonstrated imagination level was about zero.
