When going to the Setup to add someone to your Twit Filter list, you may proceed with the following steps:

1. Click on Setup
2. Click on Twit Filter
3. Then I click on Add.
4. In the pick list window, you may use the related search field to locate the member
5. From the list of members displayed (you can have one or more), you may click on the hyperlink of the last name
6. This will confirm the selection, make the pick list window go away, and show this selection as a new record in your list of Twit filter.

When using the list to search, whenever you enter a value, you need to press Enter. If the list does not react to that or if the selection of the click on the hyperlink does not do anything, you may have javascript security restriction which forbids communication between two windows or else.

As mentioned in another message, if you already know the member ID of the person or if you wish to do it from the interface, you can click on the Search For Member icon from the top toolbar. Then, from there, you can search for the member and obtain his profile. From there, you can click on the Toggle option to add the member to your list of Twit filter or to remove it from the list.
