>I saw some old posts on here stating that adir() does work with UNC paths. However, in my tests so far the return value is always 0, even when I know that I am referencing a location that has files and folders. I have rights to the server in question and can get to it by navigating in explorer.

Is it possible that this UNC path gets disconnected for a moment and then connected back?

Can you return the physical path based on UNC path?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
