>Since I installed Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 bits, there is a constant flickering in the background, such as every five minutes. Something is being refreshed. This is new since I installed SP1. Has anyone found something like that? At first, I thought I didn't see it correclty or that was caused by something else. But, this is really constant, at interval, and refreshes something. Anyone has some information in regards to this?
- Check that your screen refresh rate is not 60Hz. This can cause occasional beat frequencies with fluorescent or incandescent lighting
- Check for an updated video driver
- Fire up Task Manager with nothing running, on the Processes tab watch for 5 minutes ordered by CPU usage (descending) until you see which process spikes (goes to the top of the list momentarily)
