>Seriously, that's a fairly broad skill set. A lot of IT people specialize in either "Operations" (items 1, 4, 5, maybe 6), Development/Programming (items 2, maybe 3 and 4). In larger organizations you can have Business Analysts (item 3), sometimes BAs have little or no contact with/interaction with the other two groups.
