No problem going to
http://www.mozilla.org . In fact I downloaded Firefox in the hopes that my issue was IE related. But Firefox and even Google Chrome have the same problem. Seems it is becoming a well known malware issue. Kapersky has a solution that Mike used but I had already tried that to no avail.
