Having spent the best part of 30 years visiting all 52 states dozens of times over - without exception : NO!
Until recently they also couldn't make a decent cup of coffee - in fact the coffee was worse than the tea :-{

Retraction - the russian tea room in NYC did OK on the tea front. But that's in the past - it's seems to have turned into some sort of trendy hang-out instead of the funky place it used to be......
