ALL the forms refer (eventually) back to the VFP WIZTOOLS.VCX which is in another logical drive for their ultimate base forms/controls, but that's the only item I can think of.
There is a problem interpreting your message, however, since instead of a 'blue screen of death' I get a small gray messagebox which says VFP.EXE, then "Exception: access violation (0xc0000005) Address: 0x77654bd" The last hex value changes each time. Probably the information you're referring to is in the log file, but there are half a dozen lists.....

>Next time you get the NT 'blue screen of death' note the last value in the bottom right column. It's name of the driver that was being used when your abend occurred. You wouldn't have any Classes, cursors or controls on any forms that came from a different drive or partition? I've seen the same message when the latter has occurred.
