We got this error
Cannot find entry point SHCreateDirectory in the DLL

on Windows XP computer with outdated SP.

I've checked the code of the application in Source of Safe and there are no SHCreateDirectory calls at all, only md calls.

So, there are two possibilities, I think:

1. The code in SOS is not the latest

2. md internally resolves to SHCreateDirectory and fails on this computer.

Do you think 2 is a reasonable thing to suspect? Can md fail (say, when the directory it's trying to create is in the Program Files folder)?
