Hi Steve ---
Do you mean backup as in daily backup, or do you mean some sort of dump or replication scheme where all inserts/updates/deletes are tracked?
>I was wondering the best method for backing up .dbf, .fpt and .cdx files after the files have been updated. Should I make them .bak files or what? Should I put them in a backup directory and name the directory "\backup" or what? Any ideas would be appreciated.
