You have to decide what's best for your skills and customers. My point is, if you are a commercial software house (as this company is), and you are having problems findng VFP developers, then your business is in danger of failing. Time to look for alternatives.

Some might consider it smart to STAY PRODUCTIVE in whatever tool is currently in use, staying in maintenance mode as long as possible until the market sorts itself out.
