Hidy yourself Cetin:)

Well, you sound less than enthralled with that control! But if that's true, what's the point of using that over the regular listbox?

On another matter, I was just thinking of you...you had given me your multiselect listbox back in May and a revised version in August. I had promised to send you the changes I had made, but I got sidetracked by having to work on a report class (boy that was tough, but I have something now I really like). Anyway, over the weekend I finally got a change to work on the multiselect grid again, making more changes to get the incremental feature to work to my liking, and saying "Yep, I have to send this to Cetin, though I'm sure he's moved onto bigger and better things."

However, while I have your ear, can I ask you if there might be something in the grid which causes it to think nontext controls (e.g. date or numeric) are read only? When I try to incrementally search and the text box is for a character field, it works great. But as soon as I try to type a character to search my date control I get the 'read only control' message.
