Can't really tell by your image if the detail bands are setup right or not. I'm assuming you followed Cathy's steps online?
If you set skip to do you see all the related records just browsing?
Silly question, but the tag order is set correctly on all tables before you issue the set relation, right?
The datasession isn't changing is it?
