Not quite sure if it is not a delayed 04.01 : such a reduction would not only be revolutionary in transport, but in electricity generation as well. Using combustion engines in-house to generate electricity and heat is cost efficient when heat is needed throughout the year (hotel, swimming pools) and partially in appartment complex heating. With those figures it should become cost efficient for many other scenarios.
