Try starting Visual Studio as Administrator.

>I followed the directions in the Developers guide for the MM.NET 4.0 framework to Add in the Business Layer Generator in my Visual Studio 2010 SP1 (using VB). When I attempted to access it I recieved a message saying that access was denied to C:\....Visual Studios 10.0\Common7\IDE\MMBLG.config. I changed the permissions on the IDE subdirectory to allow everyone access and was able to proceed. However after closing VS and reopening later, now when I attempt to run the tool, I get the same access denied message but is pointing to the Windows/System32 directory which I cant change permissions (easily) on. I am logged into this machine as an administrator. What is up with this?
