>What settings/code will cause the [ENTER] key....Inkey(13) in an EditBox to lose focus? The AllowTabs property controls whether the control is closed when the [TAB] key is used. Can the [ENTER] key be similarly set?

There's no similar setting for Enter key but KeyPress() event code or ON KEY LABEL could override default behavior.
