I really cannot think of anything else presently. It has been a long time since I used that product. Did you do a search on Facebook to try to find someone named Roger Ko. He was the one being the product and he supported well. Maybe he is still online somewhere. Or, maybe you already have his contact information.

But, those situations are sometimes really difficult to resolve. We are talking about identical servers and software. So, something is different somewhere and sometimes, it goes up into the registry, DCOM, etc. As far as I remember, XWorks didn't require any use of DCOM. Am I correct? ...neither the Registry.

Something you might try and I am not sure if this could be possible, but it would be to backup the IIS configuration from one server and drop it into the other server. So, at least, if it still doesn't work, you will be sure that it is not related to the IIS configuration.
