The problem isn't the "standard Activex Bound Control"; it's a VFP control that hosts an ActiveX control. The problem is the ActiveX control it hosts. You have to either tell us what the ActiveX control is or open the form in the Form Designer, select the ActiveX control, and check the OleClass property. For many controls, the first part of the name (up to the period) is the name of the OCX file.
