An invalid path for TMPFILES in config.fp?

>Lately I have been getting (not always but often) this message (Unable to create temporary work files) when I open VFP 9 (SP1). I click Ok and don't seem too have any problems. But I am wondering, does this message indicate some kind of an issue that I should be aware?
