Barbara,
You said you installed VFP 3, VFP5, VStudio 6. Which version of VFP were the forms developed in? I can only think of some dll's getting overwritten with each installation. You said that the problem only occured with one form, you also might want to rebuild the application with the rebuild all checked. Let me know if your able to solve this problem because I run VFP in NT 4.0 and would like to know about this for future reference. Good luck.
