>>>I've had short jokes thrown at me all my life (I'm 4'11") and it doesn't bother me one bit. In fact, I enjoy the attention! <g> How short are you, Nick?

>ROFL! My whole family is short. My dad was about 5'7", my mom is 5' even (or used to be when she was younger, she's shorter than I now). I'm the oldest (and shortest) of 5 girls, but only one of us is taller than 5'2' (my youngest sister and I think she's about 5'6"or7"). Even my kids are short ... 3 grown sons, none taller than 5'7" I think.

I'm 5'7.5" (or was last I checked but I'm 50 so I've probably shrunk some) so I claim 5'8" - always considered it very tall. My daughter took after the short ones in the family and is 5'4"
