>>Hi Bill.
>>
>>>Our group was very impressed with the tightness of the remote set up. Randy Bosma did a great job working with Doug and getting the software and audio set up. Doug pushed through his content very efficiently. We want to do more of these kinds of events with quality speakers. Saving transportation costs and offering the service to other groups and individuals. Nothing specific just yet but there was a lot of interest in trying again later in the year around the time when we have been offering ourselves as a test audience for SW Fox presenters. The initiative that you took to get in on the presentation made the event a kind of protype for future, expanded cooperation.

>>I've done GoToMeeting sessions for user groups before and it always works very well. However, this was the first time I've ever done the presentation for two user groups at a time. If user groups coordinated their meeting times, it would be very easy to do many groups at a time.

>We already had one show of interest from a speaker who we could not afford to fly to Chicago. So if user groups want to get on our schedule -- it is the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 central time. I think Madison already has that time slot also.

Interesting. In Philly, we're the same day, though we start at 7 eastern. But we could probably move up to 6:30 now and then.
