I just created Message#
1507746, and set the "To:" field specifically to Tc Holzer. I clicked on the magnifying glass to search, found her name, clicked on it. After the dialog went away her name "Tc Holzer" was in the field.
After I input the message body and clicked Send, the message was posted, but it is to "All" instead of to Tc Holzer.
