Leadership implies people will be led.Families (to me) don't really operate that way. And decisions are not simple.For instance if Mike blew the whistle and this mans business folded as a result people would lose their jobs and income. So who would benefit from that ?

That could be one of Mikes daughters choices, wether its right or wrong is like most decisions dependent on your viewpoint and entirely subjective.
