As far as I know, MySQL doesn't have a limit, but as others said, you cannot distribute it freely with a commercial app. MS SQL Server Express used to have a 4GB limit, but it is now 10GB. PostgreSQL is completely free without limitations. Of the three, SQL Server works the best with FoxPro.
