For future reference, here is where I found it.
1. Main Menu: Project -> Add Service Reference
2. Click the Advance button locate near the bottom of the dialog
3. On advance dialog, also near the bottom, is the Add Web Reference button
4. Enter the address, or click on the Browse To hyperlink. Select the Web Service from the list.
5. Be sure to change the Web Reference Name to something other then LocalHost.
6. Click the Add Reference button.
>Funny, I wrestled with exactly that question for the first time yesterday! And I agree about the placement ( for lurkers: I believe it was the second screen of the choice for adding a web service)
