>I agree the guy is no saint - but he's only 28 years old and it seems like paying tax dollars to lock the guy up for the next 50 years for what is probably a drug problem is a bad idea. I sure don't think he should just get away with it either - but to me this is a good example of the punishment not fitting the crime.
