It's actually the Playstation Network, which has been down for several days now, and seemingly plundered.

Between that and the recent Amazon outage ( http://www.theglobeandmail.com/globe-investor/prolonged-amazon-outage-takes-down-sites-across-internet/article1995563/ ) it's been a bad week for cloud and cloud-like services.
