Trump makes Palin look like Jeanne Kirkpatrick. Trump's nature isn't lost on me. And I still don't know if Trump is going to wind up being a crackpot like Ross Perot. But if you listen to some of what Trump says....and forget who it came from....there's some truth to what he's saying. My personal view is that his comments on Libya are spot-on. And don't forget that Trump has rightly placed some blame on Bush as well as Obama. No, I'm not a Trump fan, but I do make room for the possibility that Trump forced this "birther" issue to get it off the country's radar.
