>I can only speak to the early 70s. I was an Air Force brat, and had the option of going to college in either Iowa (my parents "official" residence) or Texas, where I graduated from HS. Iowa schools wanted the ACT. Texas wanted the SAT.

-- T. S. Eliot

Liberty is a well-armed sheep contesting the vote.
- Ben Franklin
