VFP 8

We are starting to see this message from time to time.

Connectivity error: [Microsoft][ODBC Visual FoxPro Driver] This file is incompatible with the current version of Visual FoxPro. Run 30UPDATE.PRG to update the file to the current version.


We can restart the program and it will run fine for a while.

I've seen references to this and it seemed to something from a VERY long time ago and applied to versions of VFP considerably earlier than VFP 8.

Does anybody have any ideas on what the cause and possible cures could be?
