Very interesting...deliberate or a 'sin of omission' (how convenient...;) A 'subtle' way of 'encouraging' folks to move to all MS products? WP is entrenched in the courts where I work, so I can't switch to MS Word, even if I wanted to do so. However, it's interesting that it does work with VB. That would negate my argument, since VB has a larger base than VFP. Are you going to use DDE as an alternative?
