When I had reports in Windows verions of Fox 2.5 and 2.6 I would create an associated DOS report in Fox 2.0 DOS and when the user selected print to file I would run the DOS report instead of the windows report. I haven't tried this in 3.0 or 5.0 but I'm fairly sure it would work. Personnally, I'm tired of maintaining two versions of each report so I'm looking for other ways. If you can do a search I believe there is an old thread which talks about saving a report in .RTF format. If this is possible Word could open the file and read it.

You might want to take a look at Crystal Reports. It makes this stuff easy.
