As you said, we have to test to see if the suggested included fields would make such a difference. The script suggested to add included fields. Once I added them, I see that the script no longer indicated those lines. I see also that the execution plan has been simplified a little bit. However, the query runs a little bit slower. This included fields stuff is really a mystery.
