And under Stephen Harper, we'll continue to have a government that's contemptuous of democratic principles like transparency and accountability. The difference is that now as a majority government, they'll have no fear of being shut down by the opposition for little things like lying in Parliament, refusing to release information ordered by Parliament, or refusing to show up to investigative committees.
