The Constitution says a President must be born in the USA.

He was born in Hawaii ( USA ). He did not provide the official birth certificate until recently.

There was other proof before that, but the "birthers" claimed this was not enough.

Some of Obama's political enemies claimed he was not born in the USA.

Unlike your president, Obama did not get 95% of the votes. ;-)
