HI all,

Tried to install VFP9 from my original cd and had read-errors while trying to run it. I poked through the directories on the cd and found that a couple were indeed damaged (I tried copying the folder contents one at a time). I then re-created a cd from scratch based upon the original cd plus picking up the damaged folders from my current installation.

Seemed like most things worked but then I cannot get help to work at all. Not from typing "help" at the command box or picking it from the VFP menu. After messing around with help, I wonder if my overall installation is not that good. (I can navigate to the help file using Explorer and then open the .chm file so the help file seems okay - just nothing happens when I click on help).

Anyone know if MSFT will re-issue a CD or give access to an image to create one? Or anyone willing to burn me a copy of their cd (I have my own license key). Would work especially well if you are also from Canada as I can give you my Fedex number to 3rd party bill it to so no worrying about the shipping costs.
