I am not sure the problem is with Microsoft Office 2010, on my box I also have 2010 installed and the ActiveX is shown in the grid on page `Controls´ of form Options.
It seems you miss OUTLCTL.DLL which you may download at:
http://activex.microsoft.com/activex/controls/office/outlctlx.CABRegards,
