>>You can make lists to follow groups of people. For example, some of my lists are , Utah, .NET, Fox, Microsoft. I can then place specific users in lists. Listed shows you what lists you are on.
>>
>>In TweetDeck, and I assume other Twitter clients, you can show the lists in columns. It makes for a quick way to see tweets from specific people or a specific topic.
>>
>>>Can someone explain me what does the Listed option means on Twitter? This is also known as Lists I believe from the main page.
>I`m sorry who can explain me what does mean this figure 2 in the brackets , which situated after the name of this forum. Universal Thread (2) and every time this figure is changing, some times it is (5) or (1) .What does it mean? and I can`t understand I see : Messages: 1. What is it? I am pressing on it but nothing. Doesn`t it mean that I`ve received a message? Please answer to my these 2 questions))) I`i be very gratefull)))

I think Naomi answered your question. If you see a number on the tab of this forum, that number should be the same as the number beside the New Messages button on the toolbar. When you are on another tab in your browser and cannot view the UT page, it is an indicator of how many new messages have been created in the UT forum since you last refreshed (by clicking on the Refresh button on the toolbar). If you mouse-over the buttons on the toolbar, you can see what each one does.
