>For what it's worth, I stopped using SnagIt a while back, for two reasons. #1, I didn't care for the increasingly bloated interface, and #2, the Windows 7 snipping tool gave me most of what I needed for screen captures. Yes, there's functionality in SnagIt that doesn't exist in the Win 7 snipping tool, but the snipping tool has worked fine for me and I don't run into these issues.
Ok, good to know Windows 7 has some of that.
I use some fancy stuff in SnagIt for documentation. So, I will keep it for now. The issue has been resolved. There was a conflict with IE.
